Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are not permitted to copy, or republish anything you find on the Site without the copyright or trademark owners’ permission.
The logos of the Site are trademarks of GRV. Other trademarks may be displayed on the Site from time to time. These may belong to third parties. Watchdog is owned and operated by Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV). GRV does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (ACL) or equivalent State or Territory legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. GRV otherwise excludes all rights, remedies, guarantees, conditions and warranties in respect of goods or services from your use of the Site whether based in statute, common law or otherwise to the extent permitted by law. This Site may include third party content which is subject to that third party’s terms and conditions of use. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting any licence or right for you to use that content.

For any users who register for the Watchdog Blackbook feature, we will collect personal information such as your name, email address, credentialing information provided to us from your nominated social platform provider such as your username, age and country of residence. This information will be used primarily to verify your age and identity and for ease of registration. We do not obtain access to any other social media content which is not otherwise publicly available. If you wish to register using an alternative method, please contact GRV. Using the Blackbook feature, we will need to collect and store information on your behalf in relation to greyhounds and trainers that you nominate and any data and comments you wish to store. From time to time, we may use this information to send you marketing or promotion material in relation greyhound racing which we think you might be interested in. You can opt of receiving marketing and promotion material at any time by unsubscribing from the mailing list. You can also turn off notification emails for the Blackbook feature from within the Watchdog application.
In accordance with Information Privacy Principle 4 of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic), we keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with the Watchdog service and for Greyhound Racing Victoria’s legitimate and essential business purposes, such as:
